Who is hotter? Elisha Cuthbert or Kelly Monaco? They were both finalists in Stucknut Sports 3rd annual Hottie Tournament. You may be wondering why Jessica Alba isn’t in the mix. She won each of the last two tournaments and a vote was passed to retire her jersey number and put her in the Hall of Fame in order to make it fair.
The tournament started with 64 beauties in a bracket format much like NCAA basketball’s March Madness. The women were put into 4 separate divisions and ranked 1 to 16, in which the 1 battled the 16, 2 versus 15, etc. After weeks of voting by Stucknut members, it came down to Elisha Cuthbert, Scarlett Johansson, Vida Guerra, and Kelly Monaco. Cuthbert was matched against Johansson in one of the closest battles of the tournament. Cuthbert won by only 2 votes. As for Monaco versus Guerra, Monaco easily advanced.
So who won? Go find out for yourselves at Stucknut.com. By the way, did I mention that each tournament thread has pictures? Be on the lookout for next years tournament where hotties like Hayden Panettiere and Megan Fox make their first appearance.

Hypnosis for therapeutic use, as opposed to stage hypnosis for entertainment, has been studied and recognised by the British Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the National Institute for Health and the British Psychological Society. Scientific research studies have shown it be effective in treating many conditions. Infact it is included in the empirically validated list of therapeutic treatments for Obesity (when combined with CBT) and for IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
Hypnotherapy is used to treat a wide range of conditions particularly as hypnosis and hypnotherapy treatments for anxiety have proved to be highly effective. As many health conditions are associated with or caused by high levels of anxiety then hypnotherapy can be used as an adjunct therapy for many mental health conditions. A more advanced but very popular use is hypnotherapy and hypnosis for smoking cessation.
Hypnosis has evolved over the years from

Over 300,000 people die from cigarette smoking in the United States each year. Among the results of cigarette smoking are lung cancer and emphysema, and cause atherosclerosis to develop faster, resulting in heart attacks and strokes.
If you still need a reason to stop smoking, consider this. Nicotine from cigarette, pipe or cigars has a negative effect on the small blood vessels, thus increasing the chances of a heart attack.
Its the ones you love most like your children and spouse that are most affected since you are around them most often. It leaves a foul odor in your bedroom, on your pillow, in your clothes closet, and wherever you leave your clothes before laundry.
The average price of a packet of cigarettes is 5.00. At a packet a day you are blowing away $1825.00 per year into your surroundings, which include your home and work environment, for very dubious benefits and a lot of discomfort to those near you!
Still need more reasons to quit?
Consider how much inconvenience you put yourself through on a long flight. Nowadays all aircraft flying in the United States have a ‘No Smoking’ policy. If you change flights on a trip, you may end up at an airport that has a designated smoking room (which, if you have ever been in one is a most unpleasant experience) or you may not be allowed to smoke inside the terminal building. Either way the inconvenience is terrible.
So lets consider more reasons to quit smoking.
Smoking causes stroke, heart disease, smoker’s breath, stained and loose teeth, mouth sophageal cancer, emphysema, lung cancer, bladder cancer, leg pains (limping or impaired gait, especially as a result of reduced blood supply to the leg muscles) and these are just the effects on your health and physical fitness.
Consider the social inconveniences and the effects of second hand smoking on your loved ones, particularly your mate who has to kiss you! Yuck!! Your children who politely avoid you, add to this the financial costs.
All these add up to a disastrous situation. Now, are you ready to quit? To take control of your life back?
GOOD !
Consider this.It is never too late to quit.
Only two years after quitting your risk of heart attack returns to normal. Moreover if you take up a health and physical fitness routine it could be even sooner!
The development of emphysema is stopped at it’s current state for many people and for lung cancer, the risk is reduced after only two years and back to normal after just ten years.
Most people who use health and fitness services enjoy normal healthy lives after quitting.
Moreover all the social inconveniences disappear immediately. Your spouse and children can get close to you and you manage to save almost $2000.00 per year in the process. Not a bad trade off, is it?
Now comes the hard part - How to quit.
Are You Ready?
I am sure you are not deliberately on the path of self destruction by smoking and many of the facts about the harmful effects are not exactly news to you. Maybe you have tried to quit before and were unsuccessful.
I know, quitting isn’t exactly easy. So here are a few tips you may use to help you in the process.
First of all comes the DECISION!
Set a date and announce it to your friends and loved ones and anyone you would feel badly about disappointing, like your sweet grandparent. Then ask for their support.
Second, identify your trigger. You know, what do you do that makes you reach for a cigarette? Whatever the link is, coffee, after a meal, after sex, anything that causes you to reach for one - BREAK THAT LINK! Use substitution.
Third, don’t throw out your last one. Look at it occasionally and say NO! This for someone who loves a challenge and is stubborn enough to resist.
Fourth, save the money you were spending and use it to treat yourself. You deserve it.
Finally don’t expect to be smoke free right away. Just remember that this is a process and every day smoke free is a success. Just do it one day at a time and the urges are reduced gradually over time. Remember this is about your health and physical fitness and is part of a process that is designed to improve the quality of your life. So take your time, exercise patience and success is assured. To your Health and Physical Fitness!

I know how difficult it is. I was a smoker for most of my life. I used a myriad of things with mixed results. I discovered that you can do it! I did.
