Why Can

Saturday 15 December 2007 @ 9:19 pm

If this is you then I would like the opportunity to help you understand.

There are 3 main reasons why this happens. You need to be honest with yourself to see if this applies to you;

-Failure to properly prepare for a change in diet
-Failure to choose an appropriate diet
-Allowing your inner demons to get the better of you

Essentially what happens is that a new fad diet attracts your attention, you know you need to loose weight and surely with all those testimonials to success, it will just be a simple process and the pounds or kilos will be falling off you.

You jump right in, buy the program and off you go. A couple of days later, some of your old habits start to sneak in. Then your sub conscious mind starts justifying to you that this new diet is no good and slowly you decide the program is no good and you go back to your old eating habits.

Sound familiar.

To give yourself the best chance to succeed you need to accept you have a problem, prepare yourself for action, make an educated selection of how you propose to change your diet and physical activity, start on your road to loose weight, prepare for the inevitable “hump” or “plateau”, and consolidate your new you.

It is not really too complicated and each step is really important, it is a bit like painting an old piece of furniture, if you don’t prepare it properly in the first place the end result will not look so good.

Check my blog out at stay-healthy-blog.com/ for more information.

I also have a free course coming up that will walk you through the above process. There will only be about 20 free spots so head over there if you are keen to Learn how to loose weight and keep it off>

See you there,
Steve Roberts.

Can a non-guru accumulate a million member list

Wednesday 5 December 2007 @ 9:28 pm

I have taken on a project that most would see a completely crazy. I am a non-guru type that has decided that he is going to build a list of a million members in the next 397 days. Sounds a little crazy I know but I believe that it can be done it executed properly.

After all what could go wrong?:)

I will be bringing my list members along with me so we can all gain from this experience. I not only want to build my own list I also need to help all of my members to do the same.

The first tool I am using is pretty simple and straight forward. It works like this: I am giving away quality re-brand-able e-books through a capture page.

My member can re-brand the book and give it to their contacts ETC:. To make this even easier I am hosting the re-branded e-books and lead capture pages for my members. All they have to do is re-brand the book and promote their LCP. They can then promote to their list.

I am inviting all readers of this blog to go to millionmemberlist.com and check it out for themselves. You do not have to worry about being blasted with ads, that is not what I am about.
